The company was set up by Tony Miles, who began working as a freelance team development consultant and trainer in 1998 after a successful career in education. Tony has run indoor and outdoor team development programmes throughout the UK and mainland Europe. He is especially proud of the fact that, as director of Belbin France, he has been responsible for the development of the French version of the Belbin method, its software, books and support materials.
